Hotel Amstelzicht is in an historic canal house, one of the so-called "three dancing houses", built in 1659. It is located on the Amstel River just 100 meters from the Munt Square and the Flower Market. It has a warm and tasteful atmosphere and is ideal for leisure visitors. Most of the 14 rooms and apartments from Hotel Amstelzicht are redecorated in August in 2004. Their are double, twin, triple, and family rooms. The apartments are self-catering  and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The rooms are all decorated with a personal touch. While each room is different, all of them offer the comfort and facilities you expect from a 3-star hotel, such as private bathroom, minibar, telephone, safe deposit box, hairdryer, and wireless internet. In addition to rooms with or without canal view, you have your choice of  smoking or non-smoking rooms.

Throughout the renovations of Hotel Amstelzicht that have taken place over the years, the historical features of the building have been preserved, such as the marble and ceiling ornaments in the main hallway, as well the steep stairway which is typical of an Amsterdam canal house from the 17th Century.
