Hotel Arena

Hotel Arena is situated in a building that is a city monument and which has a rich history. It was built in 1890 as a Roman-Catholic orphanage with its own chapel. In 1999 a series of renovations were begun and it was upgraded to a 3 star hotel. The result is a modern but caracterfull building.

Hotel Arena is located at the edge of the centre of Amsterdam (5 minutes from the city centre). Near the hotel there are many attractions such as the Zoo Artis,
Tropenmuseum, the Dappermarket and the Oosterpark.

Hotel Arena is more than just a beautiful building. It is the only location in the Netherlands where a hotel, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms and a club are all to be
found under one roof. It is the ambition of Hotel Arena to give added value to this unique combination by promoting social interaction between foreign visitors and locals.
